Ark Boulton School, Birmingham

Sitec were instructed to refurbish the student toilets in two blocks at Ark Boulton School in South Birmingham.

To enable the construction of the new toilets an existing computer room and offices needed stripping out including alterations to the building fabric. We needed to modify the existing drainage externally and cut the slab internally for the installation of the new drainage positions. Water and small power services were extended and modified. A fresh air ventilation system was also installed prior to the finishes.  Venesta cubicles and Corian wash troughs with sensor taps were specified along with MF Ceilings and vinyl flooring.
