Northgate Vehicle Hire, Coventry

Our first project for Northgate was won in competitive tender. We became one of a few contractors who delivered their projects nationwide during an expansion and re-branding programme. 

Sitec refurbished a 1300m² portal framed industrial unit into a ‘super centre’ with 8nr drive in vehicle service bays with section door openings car lift, ramps and compressed air systems. A mezzanine floor was installed to create a ground floor reception as well as first floor offices. In addition, existing office space was converted to stores, canteens and locker rooms and toilet. New external entrance & canopy, security barrier and car park.
